Elisabeth Westhead
Living and working
in the region of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors, Liz is
a Certified Therapeutic Harp Practitioner, having qualified
on the International Harp Therapy Program run by Christina
Tourin. She also teaches violin and piano as well as being
actively involved as a musician playing in Scarborough's
Symphony Orchestra, St Hilda's Festival Orchestra in Whitby

What is harp therapy?
The harp has been used for healing over many centuries. Music played on the harp has several unique healing properties. Harp therapy is used to help stimulate emotional, mental, physical and spiritual healing.
